Job Purpose

Oversees the daily planning, implementation and maintenance of the manufacturing activities of a specific area utilizing Continuous Improvement methods to identify opportunities for cost reduction, lead time reduction and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand.
  • Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant's manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, paint and/or assembly.
  • Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations.
  • Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements.
  • Works closely with Operations and Functional Teams to identify process bottlenecks, conducts root cause analysis and implements process improvements across the business or organization.
  • Coaches project teams to fulfill certification requirements, quality and process improvement objectives.
  • Facilitates and leads projects that improve end-to-end processes: setup, validation, and audit meausrement systems to deliver business impact.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Experience Required

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline OR 
  • High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Background with lean manufacturing experience.

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is $74,625 - $95,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
