Job Purpose

The regional HR Business Partner acts as key partner to the regional business leaders, providing support on people, culture, and organizational matters. This role is responsible for understanding business needs, proposing HR solutions, developing talent, and ensuring that HR practices are aligned with company strategy and values.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CE PD / Quality regional leaders, supporting  decisions related to workforce planning, organizational design, and team performance.
  • Translating business needs into targeted HR solutions that enhance productivity, engagement, and long-term capability.
  • Support change initiatives linked to CNH’s global transformation programs, operating model evolution, and digitalization journey.

Talent & People Development

  • Support annual Talent Management processes (PMP, Succession Planning, Talent Reviews), ensuring alignment with global CNH programs.
  • Identify and develop key talent and critical roles in partnership with line management.
  • Promote learning, development, and upskilling opportunities, working with regional L&D and global COEs.

Engagement & Communication

  • Drive actions that enhance employee engagement, motivation, and well-being.
  • Facilitate communication between leadership and teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.

Experience Required

  • Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or generalist HR role.
  • Experience working closely with leaders and influencing decision-making

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Postgraduate degree or MBA in Human Resources, Leadership, or Business (preferred).
  • Advanced English level to work with leaders based in other regions
