Job Purpose

O analista contábil pleno é responsável pela elaboração e revisão de reconciliações de contas contábeis, assegurando conformidade com as políticas do grupo e normas contábeis vigentes. Também por revisão e processamento de lançamentos contábeis manuais e análise de saldos de contas nos balancetes, garantindo a correta classificação e integridade das informações financeiras. Dá suporte às auditorias internas e externas, assegurando aderência aos controles SOX, e contribui para a melhoria contínua dos processos ao identificar oportunidades de inovação e digitalização por meio da adoção de novas tecnologias e ferramentas na área contábil. 

Key Responsibilities

• Analisar e executar processos contábeis de média e alta complexidade, assegurando a qualidade, integridade e tempestividade das informações financeiras.
• Elaborar demonstrações financeiras, analisar variações contábeis, revisar conciliações patrimoniais e apoiar o fechamento contábil mensal e anual, garantindo conformidade com as normas contábeis e políticas corporativas.
• Atuar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria dos processos, apoiar auditorias internas e externas, elaborar documentação de controles internos e orientar tecnicamente analistas menos experientes.

Experience Required

Ensino superior (cursando) em Ciências Contábeis.

Conhecimentos em IFRS, USGAAP e controles SOX. Desejável experiência com sistemas ERP.

Preferred Qualifications

Inglês Intermediário - diferencial.
