Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Business partner of the Commercial Director and Finance reference for the local commercial operations team.
• Ensure to create the monthly financial reporting package, with required details.
• Perform insightful financial analysis of profit & loss of commercial activities, variance analysis and causals, products/markets/channels profitability analysis.
• Reconcile and ensure monthly Revenue Recognition in line with CNH policy.
• Define and/or collect main assumptions for the planning, coordinating with other Functions (e.g. Logistics, Quality, …) and analyze Commercial variances & causals.
• Manage the planning (Budget & Forecast) updates and quarterly Best Estimate, for P&L and Cash Flow.
• Support the Business with Risks and Opps estimates.
• Control the spending on SG&A and CAPEX, highlighting the gaps vs planning.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and calculations to support decision making.
• Implement financial policies and standards, ensure clean data reporting and respect of the SOX requirements in all processes.
• Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.
• Support the deployment of new systems and tools.

Experience Required

MINUMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in FP&A & Controlling activities
• SAP, HFM and Financials Consolidation Rules knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work in matrix system and operate well within a Team
• Language capability: English
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
