Job Purpose
The Site Solutions Product Manager will be responsible for defining and implementing the roadmap for an end-to-end job site management solution enabling CNH CE digital solutions to seamlessly integrate into the design, bid, and build phases of a project across multiple stakeholders. This will include CNH CE machine control, perception, and automation data integration with third party and CNH cloud solutions to deliver customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilties:
- Work with multifunctional multicultural teams to deliver to the roadmap
- Interact with the Portfolio Team to develop the strategy, collaborate with the Digital and Vehicle Electronics teams to ensure quality, and establish supplier and partners
- Coordinate with Product Development Teams to integrate the finalized solution with our products (where applicable), and share with Marketing Teams to ensure a successful Go-To-Market Plan
- Responsible for gathering global requirements, creating the product requirements, setting priorities (both globally and regionally), develop a budget plan and coordinate support needs
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Build relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure the best quality products and use of shared services
Experience Required
- Bachelors Degree
- 7+ years experience construction industry or land surveying with at least 2+ years of experience in product management, precision solutions, telematics, IoT or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Experience with Azure DevOps – for managing backlogs and feature tracking; Power BI – for analyzing usage data and KPIs
- Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum principles
- Ability to read or understand API flows and system integrations (at a high level)
- Familiarity with customer journey mapping and basic UX design
- Knowledge of Google gRPC (not essential but beneficial)
- Key skills include business writing, multi-cultural verbal communications, process analysis and system flows, metrics development, quality assurance, and supplier relationship management
- Can-do attitude, team player, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Experience with off highway machinery (preferably construction equipment)
- Up to 30% travel
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $119,000.00 - $174,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
