Job Purpose
The Campaign Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and performance optimization of integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive both wholesale and retail sales through an independent dealer network to agricultural end-users.
This role sits within the Commercial Marketing team and serves as the central orchestration point between the Business Segment Lead (market share owner), product management (Product Marketing Organization), dealer channel stakeholders, a captive finance organization, and parts and service business units.
The Campaign Manager ensures that commercial objectives translate into actionable, measurable campaigns that generate demand, enable dealers, and support profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Translate annual and quarterly sales objectives into integrated campaign plans that drive wholesale orders and retail demand.
- Develop campaign briefs grounded in segment strategy, product positioning, competitive landscape, and seasonal demand cycles.
- Lead campaign execution across advertising agencies and external vendor partners (creative, media, digital, experiential, CRM, etc.).
- Ensure message consistency across national, regional, and dealer-level activations.
- Oversee production timelines, budgets, and performance milestones.
Dealer Channel Enablement
- Design campaigns that support dealer sell-in (wholesale) and sell-through (retail) objectives.
- Equip dealers with marketing toolkits, co-op guidance, promotional assets, and retail offers.
- Align campaign timing with dealer inventory levels and sales priorities.
- Partner with field teams to gather dealer feedback and optimize activation effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the captive lender and pricing and programming team to integrate retail finance programs, rate promotions, and leasing offers into campaign architecture.
- Coordinate with Parts & Service organizations to incorporate lifecycle revenue strategies and after-sales attachment opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure new product launches include:
- Clear value propositions
- Competitive differentiation
- Pricing and promotional strategy
- Sales enablement materials
- Support go-to-market planning for new product introductions including tradeshow or farm show strategies executed through the tradeshow and events team
Performance Management & Analytics
- Establish marketing KPIs aligned to wholesale shipments, retail sales, market share growth, and campaign ROI.
- Monitor performance across funnel metrics (awareness, consideration, purchase, ownership and re-purchase).
- Optimize campaigns based on real-time performance data and market feedback.
- Provide structured reporting to Business Segment Lead and Commercial Leadership.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage campaign budgets to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
- Evaluate agency and vendor performance against defined deliverables and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and commercial guidelines.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in campaign management, preferably within durable goods, heavy equipment, or dealer-distributed industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing advertising or marketing agencies and external partners.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing (digital, media, experiential, dealer programs).
- Experience working within or alongside a distribution/dealer channel model.
- Analytical proficiency with marketing performance metrics and ROI measurement.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $86,625.00 - $132,825.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
