Job Purpose

The Tech Lead  will work within our Financial Services Global Center of Excellence and will play a lead role in developing and managing the Customer & Dealers Experience Center of Excellence, providing services and products capabilities across APAC, to improve our Customers and Dealers experience with CNH Capital. The position will mainly work within the financial services retail loan and lease receivables, originations and reporting systems, focusing on front-end applications, current (CapitalPlus) and future (MyAccount, Multi-purpose Mobile apps, Credit Score Solution, etc.) and will be responsible for maintaining high standards for developing and enhancing the existing business processes and platforms.

This role will be mainly responsible for driving technical excellence, managing end-to-end DevOps processes, and ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and secure solutions. The Lead will champion best practices, foster team growth, and collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders across the global and APAC region.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Software and QA Engineers, providing technical guidance and development support.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of DevOps pipelines, ensuring continuous integration, delivery, and deployment across environments.
  • Work with the Business Process and Product Owners and IT Business Partners to develop detailed techno-functional requirements needed to enhance existing business solutions or platforms or develop/install new solutions.
    • Translate business functional requirements to technical requirements.
    • Align with Enterprise Architect Team on the best solutions
    • Convey development/resolution progress with business process owners and to IT Management. Facilitates prioritization of open activities and criticality of open defects from the department owners.
    • Interaction and document- business requirements, design documents and test plans with the business process owners.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in software development, DevOps, and quality assurance, enforcing standards across all systems and applications.
  • Manage project delivery, including planning, prioritization, and resource allocation for development and DevOps initiatives.
  • Enhance documentation for system allowing for information sharing across regions (where installed and where upcoming implementations) of all reports available.
  • Act as full stack development expert working with other team members in Center of Excellence and in regions to ensure consistency of information to business organizations.
  • Adaption for understanding existing process flows, challenge incumbent solutions processes for improvements, and developing new ones.
  • Develop and Manage business reporting projects throughout the complete life cycle.
  • Review test requirements define test plan and execute testing to ensure the delivery of error-free solutions to the client community.
  • Analyze and resolve existing reporting problems and practices with emphasis on continual improvements.
  • Advise on use of application hardware and software; dissemination of technical information; security, restart, recovery, back up and programming, and installation.
  • Align processes with best practice change management procedures and ensure compliance with audit standards.  Provide adequate support to Auditing activities in line with regional business requirements. 

Experience Required

  • At least 12+ years of relevant experience in software development, DevOps, and team leadership roles.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in C# in .NET and entity framework and/or understanding of JSON API payload.
  • Experience developing single page web applications using technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of ADO.NET and .net 8 core
  • Good knowledge of Angular programming
  • Knowledge and Experience on application deployment, bug fixing, Design Pattern and SDLC.
  • Good Experience working with databases and ability to run advanced level SQL queries is mandatory.
  • Knowledge in various BI tools like Databricks, PowerBI, Crystal Reports, etc.. and automation tools such as Power Apps is a plus.
  • Contribute to the definition of Software Development standards and principles.
  • Good knowledge in Azure cloud computing (APIM, AKS, App services, DevOps process)
  • Good knowledge in working with Azure PaaS environment.
  • Required experience in IT function of Financial Services organization and understanding of various regulations, compliances, and business processes, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with development in the embedded environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a diverse company and communicate effectively on an international platform.
  • Follow organizational process of change management and plan.
  • Fully acquainted with project execution and agile/waterfall methodology.
  • Experience in Software Quality and process. .
     

Preferred Qualifications

University/master’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
