Job Purpose

División de tareas con administración actual para garantizar el cumplimiento de objetivos y actividades en menor tiempo de acuerdo con las exigencias y dinámicas del sector. 

Key Responsibilities

• Atención a la Red de Concesionarios a través de canales habituales (correo, Whatsapp y teléfono).
• Elaboración de Planillas de Asistencia a entrenamientos, apertura de clases en Plataforma,
• Consolidación de planillas de cobro, elaboración de planillas de datos para indicadores.
• Seguimiento de cursos en ejecución Virtual y Presencial.
• Asesoramiento a Instructores para la realización de entrenamientos.
• Generación de reportes e indicadores del área.

Experience Required

Se valorará toda experiencia laboral o administrativa previa que aporte a la función.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manejo de recursos informáticos, Paquete Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point - Nivel medio), SAP, Power BI, IA (deseable)
• Idioma: Inglés (Nivel básico - intermedio deseable), Portugués (Nivel básico deseable)
• Buena dicción, redacción y trato personal.

The annual salary for this role is ARS $0.00 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
