Job Purpose

Brindar soporte al equipo de mantenimiento y áreas afines.

Key Responsibilities

Detectar anomalías que otros pasan por alto y disfrutar del área de trabajo.
Respetar procedimientos de gestión institucional.
Participar en tratativa de la planilla EWO.
Manejar e interpretar sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento.
Comprender procesos y comunicar asertivamente, trabajando con orden y metodologías claras.

Experience Required

No se requiere experiencia laboral, pero sí proactividad y ganas de aprender. 

Preferred Qualifications

Estudiante avanzado de Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electromecánica, Eléctrica o carreras afines.
Conomiento intermedio/avanzado de Inglés.
Manejo de Excel (intermedio) para indicadores (KPIs) y CAD (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) para actualización de planos.
Manejo e interpretación de mantenimiento (predictivo, preventivo, correctivo, programado).
Entendimiento de conceptos básicos de termodinámica, electricidad o mecánica.
Iniciativa propia en actividades delegadas.
