Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• AG lead Sourcing & Conversion: Manage Sourcing and financing of AG contracts for New Holland brand for approx. 25 Dealerships.
• CE lead sourcing & Conversion: Follow-up and liaison with Vendor for financing of CASE/CE contracts covering 5-6 districts FI by self.
• Improved Productivity: Manage and improve RM productivity through effective dealership coverage.
• Monitoring: Manage and improve P&L for the assigned area via monitoring portfolio health parameters like WIRR, CLI cover, PF collection, EDA resolution etc.
• Committed service level: Provide services as per defined SLA’s to end customers, dealers and Brands.
• Portfolio Sourcing quality: Ensure there are no first payment defaults for both AG and CE through follow-ups. Control and Manage submission of Registration certificate as per the norms.
• Collection Activities: Monitor and support collections team for healthy retail portfolio .
• Repo asset liquidation: To ensure required book value realization for repo assets thru brands.
• Market Intelligence: Provide regular feedback with value addition to HO on competition.
