Job Purpose

There is an exciting opportunity to join the product support & technical training team on a year-long internship. We are looking for an enthusiastic engineering student or college graduate with a keen interest in land-based engineering.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Conduct onsite testing of tractors, investigating and replicating faults found by dealers, then reporting findings to the relevant product specialists, helping to constantly improve products.
• Help with connected units and the telematics program, ensuring the dealer network are optimizing the technology.
• Occasional dealer visits assisting field service technicians, diagnosing and repairing machines.
• Support the technical training team by preparing, conducting and developing training courses.

Experience Required

• Fundamental understanding of mechanical systems and electrics (further training will be provided).
• An understanding of agriculture is beneficial, a keen interest in machines is essential.
• Strong team spirit and ability to develop and work within a collaborative and supportive culture.
• The motivation to learn quickly and develop on existing knowledge.
• Good communication skills.
• A driving licence is essential.
