Job Purpose

This internship is designed for recent graduates who want to start their professional journey in Plant Quality within a structured industrial environment.
The role offers hands-on exposure to Quality Operations, Metrology, and Physical/Chemical Laboratory activities, supporting the continuous improvement of product and process quality while building strong technical foundations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Intern, you will progressively support the Quality team in daily operational activities, including:

• • Quality Operations
    • Support process and product quality controls
    • Assist in non-conformance management and root cause analysis
    • Collect and analyze quality data
    • Support internal and customer audits
  • Metrology
    • Learn to use measurement instruments and gauges
    • Support Measurement System Analysis (MSA) activities
  • Physical & Chemical Laboratory
    • Support material and compliance testing activities
    • Assist in sample preparation and test execution
    • Contribute to test documentation and reporting

Experience Required

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who are motivated to learn and grow in a technical Quality role.

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or close to completion) in: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical fields
  • Curiosity, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools
  • Technical English skills are a plus, but not mandatory
