Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our HR Operations team. The role involves managing payroll activities and core HR administrative processes, with a strong focus on data quality and systems integration across platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Payroll, and Time & Attendance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance through regular checks and audits.
  • Oversee integration between various HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, local payroll and attendance platforms), ensuring accurate and efficient data flows.
  • Support the payroll process in close collaboration with external labor consultants.
  • Manage monthly tax and social security obligations (F24, UNIEMENS, pension and healthcare funds, INAIL assessments).
  • Handle mandatory communications with relevant authorities (INPS, INAIL, Revenue Agency).
  • Draft employment contracts and manage administrative procedures related to hiring, job changes, terminations, workplace injuries, and parental leave.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support to the HR department and employees.

 

Experience Required

Experience: 4–5 years in a similar role, ideally within structured companies or HR consultancy firms.

Preferred Qualifications

Education:           High school diploma or a university degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, or related fields.

Technical Skills:  Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and national labor contracts (Metalworkers’ CCNL preferred).

          Hands-on experience with Payroll and Time & Attendance systems, preferably Zucchetti.

          Familiarity with integrated HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus).

          English proficiency.

          Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
