Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead and drive the department responsible for process optimization, work methods improvement, and maintenance & facility activities.
This role combines team leadership and cross-functional coordination with strong industrial engineering expertise and hands-on operational responsibility, ensuring accountability for performance, safety, efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work Analysis & Industrial Engineering
• Analyze and optimize production processes (MTM, time studies)
• Improve layouts, material flows, and line balancing
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain standard work and technical documentation
• Monitor and improve KPIs (DLP, efficiency, capacity, labor planning)
• Manage and update PBOM

2. Manufacturing Engineering
• Support industrialization and ramp-up of new products and processes
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality to enhance performance
• Monitor and improve production KPIs (OEE, scrap, productivity)
• Implement automation and digital solutions
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work cycles
• Support tooling, line setup, and workstation optimization
• Improve scheduling, material flow, and line feeding
• Manage digital tools for performance tracking

3. Maintenance & Facility Management
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Ensure equipment reliability and plant efficiency
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and service agreements
• Monitor KPIs (MTBF, MTTR) and lead root cause analysis
• Oversee utilities, infrastructure, and compliance (safety & environment)
• Manage CAPEX, upgrades, and technical projects
• Promote 5S and high workplace standards
Experience Required
• 5–7 years in manufacturing or industrial engineering
• Experience in structured industrial environments (automotive preferred or industries with production lines)
• Exposure to maintenance and facility management is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or related)
Technical Skills
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement mindset
• Time & methods analysis (MTM, time studies)
• Knowledge of CMMS and industrial equipment
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with digital manufacturing tools is a plus
