Job Purpose
The Parts Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales activities of parts within the company, ensuring that sales targets are met while developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role involves driving sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of parts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for parts, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Manage and lead a team of parts sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to drive sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to ensure the availability and timely delivery of parts to customers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, providing regular updates to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.

Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in parts sales or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
