Job Purpose

Are you a passionate individual looking to grow your career in the technical space supporting the cutting edge of machine technology in the Australian & New Zealand Agricultural industries?

We are seeking a Service Technical & Training Specialist responsible for developing, managing, and executing the delivery of technical support, product performance management (technical focus) and technical training for harvesters.

This role offers a collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities to develop and grow within a global business.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilise established processes to analyse information and support dealer technicians with diagnosing and troubleshooting technical concerns on harvesters (grape, forage and sugarcane)

• Collate and track emerging product concerns and escalate through the appropriate channels to ensure proactive and timely resolution

• Provide detailed product feedback, support market reporting tools and prepare/deploy Product Improvement Programs relevant to harvesters

• Develop, adapt and deliver technical training specific to harvesters across the ANZ region

• Schedule and conduct field visits to support field teams and dealer technicians in resolving complex technical issues and strengthening customer support

Experience Required

• Strong technical knowledge of agricultural machinery, ideally with hands‑on experience working on harvesters

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with major machine systems - engines, hydraulics, transmissions, final drives, differentials - and advanced troubleshooting

• Ability to confidently read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics is essential

• Strong capability to research, analyse, and consolidate large amounts of technical data across multiple systems to prepare for further review

• High level of flexibility and willingness to travel

• Able to work independently while maintaining a strong sense of accountability

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive mindset

• Good working knowledge of MS Office and strong presentation skills are highly advantageous
