Intern Program Overview

Job Purpose
The Technical Training department is responsible for educating and upskilling dealership technicians across our network. By developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, the team ensures that technicians are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively service and repair CNH equipment. Training is delivered through multiple formats—including web-based modules, virtual classroom sessions, and hands-on workshops—ensuring accessibility and impact across the dealer network.
As a Technical Training Intern, you will gain real-world experience in instructional design, technical education, and training delivery while supporting initiatives that directly impact service quality and dealer performance.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting in the creation and revision of training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance

Supporting the development of instructional content across web-based, virtual, and in-person learning platforms

Participating in the delivery of training sessions for dealership technicians

Helping coordinate and support virtual training programs and workshops

Contributing to face-to-face training events, including logistics, facilitation, and participant engagement

Gaining hands-on experience in adult learning principles, instructional design, and training technologies
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in the following majors: Engineering (all disciplines), Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Technology, Agricultural Business, Agricultural Systems Management, Technical Communication, Education, or related technical fields
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $18.75 - $35.50 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
