Key Responsibilities
Ensure structure, insights, and commercial alignment
As our new Retail Manager, you will ensure that key commercial processes across the Nordics and Baltics run smoothly and are aligned with the overall strategy. Reporting to our Sales Manager, you will work closely with both sales and marketing, taking ownership of data, coordination, and planning activities that support performance and decision-making.
More specifically, you will:
- Coordinate Terms & Conditions (T&C) agreements, ensuring they are up to date, aligned with the commercial strategy, and clearly communicated across relevant teams
- Support purchase order planning by coordinating activities, aligning with sales forecasts, and ensuring efficient planning processes are in place
- Manage pricing and discount structures, validating model setups, maintaining system programming, and ensuring accuracy in collaboration with Product Specialists
- Maintain and update the best estimate sales call overview, ensuring accurate data and making insights accessible for management and sales teams
- Gather market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and administer both performance bonus programs and sub-dealer bonus schemes, including tracking, calculations, and communication
- Manage update dealer performance schemes
Experience Required
With your analytical mindset, you are comfortable working with data, systems, and complex processes, ensuring accuracy and structure in everything you do. As a commercially aware professional, you understand how data and insights support better decisions across sales and marketing.
We also imagine that you:
- Are an advanced user of Excel and confident working with data models
- Have solid IT skills and are comfortable working across systems
- Possess solid business understanding and a structured approach to your work
- Preferably have experience from a similar role
- Speak and write English at a professional level
