Your role

As Tractor Product Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire New Holland tractor range. You will join a dedicated marketing team of six colleagues and report to the Marketing Manager. You will be part of a dynamic team who is passionate about the work – we believe it should be fun to come to work! You will work closely with our other products specialist to collaborate and grow the business together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product launches: Lead high-profile product launch activities ensuring sharp market position in with brand strategy and market needs.
  • Customer & Dealer Engagement: Plan and execute commercial local training plan, demonstrations, and customer visits to enhance product experience.
  • Technical & Product Knowledge: You have a strong understanding of how our products work and how they are positioned in the market. You understand customer needs and support the dealer network during sales conversations. You also communicate key selling points that help the dealer and importers sales team to win deals and achieve market share targets.
  • Product Offering Management: select applicable offering, define frame for market standards. Including adaption to local market needs and regulations.
  • Commercial & Marketing Integration: Align product actions with value proposition and brand strategy. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Central Product Team to give input local needs and product performance. Participate in trade shows, events, and sales promotions.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to track and report market trends, volume, and margin development. Use data to support forecasts and define growth plans. Monitor competitive information and translate insights into action.

You must expect travel days in this role, and you will have great influence on your daily work.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree agriculture (agricultural economist and agro-technologist in machinery), tractor mechanic, Industrial engineer. 
  • Commercial/Sales/Business/Marketing background with knowledge of agricultural equipment and its operation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, inc. PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to drive sales.
  • Ability to deploy training and collaborate with different teams.
  • Travel (up to 30%).
