Job Purpose

• This is a newly created role within a new and rapidly growing off‑board precision technology capability in China.
• Since its launch in June 2025, CNH FieldOps China has become the core digital platform for CNH China. The FieldOps China 2026 strategic initiative significantly expands this platform into a full‑stack digital solution, covering:

• Intelligent Monitoring
• AI‑enabled digital services
• Data analytics and closed‑loop feedback
• Cross‑border and data‑sovereignty compliant architectures

• This role will support delivery of this capability and is expected to become part of a key development organisation that enables global product development success, while leveraging:

• The fast development pace in China
• Strong local engineering and integration partners

Key Responsibilities

• This role supports the delivery and integration of off‑board precision agriculture technologies, including:
• Digital platforms (web, mobile app, WeChat Mini Program)
• Cloud‑based services and data pipelines
• Analytics and AI‑enabled services
• Secure and compliant data architectures
• The role works under the direction of a Lead Engineer and is not a leadership role. Its focus is on execution, integration support, testing, documentation, and collaboration.

• Have the courage to start tasks even when requirements are not perfect
• Understand that early outputs will not be perfect and improve through iteration
• Be comfortable asking for help and escalating questions or risks when needed
• Communicate progress, issues, and uncertainties clearly

• This role suits someone comfortable working in a new team with evolving scope.

Communication & Language Requirements

• High level of English is mandatory (spoken and written)
• The candidate must be able to:
• Write clear, concise, and detailed requirement statements
• Ensure written communication is well understood by global teams
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail

• Written communication quality is a key screening indicator.

Domain Understanding (Important)

• Understanding of agriculture and precision technologies is essential
• The candidate does not need to be an agronomy expert, but must:
• Understand agricultural operating concepts
• Be able to grasp the scope and intent of precision technology projects
• Be comfortable learning from field, data, and product contexts
• Curiosity and willingness to learn are critical.

Experience in:

• • Software or systems integration
  • Digital platforms (cloud, apps, data systems)
  • Connected or IoT‑enabled products

Exposure to working with:

• • External partners or suppliers
  • Cross‑functional or cross‑regional teams.
